Most people choose between two control systems — Standard for no-apps simplicity, 187 for the full animated show. Then there's Hyper, for riders who don't want colors or patterns at all. Just the brightest light on the dune.

The usual questions
If yours isn't here, call us. We answer the phone.
01 Which length should I get?
Most riders run 3 or 4 ft on a bed or shock mount, which puts the tip around 7 ft off the ground. Go 6 ft if you ride dunes and want to be seen over a lip before you crest it. The visualiser above shows the real height for each length.
02 187, Standard or Hyper — what's the difference?
187 is the flagship: app plus an external controller, the only system that chases, cascades and animates. Standard keeps it simple — built-in Bluetooth or an RF remote, colour and modes but no animation, and you can wire it without an app. Hyper is one fixed colour wired straight to power: no control at all, just the brightest whip we make. Pick 187 for the show, Standard for easy, Hyper for raw brightness.
03 How hard is it to install?
Depends on the system. Standard Bluetooth needs only DC power — the easiest install, no app required to run it. 187 uses an external controller with positive and negative leads, so it's the most involved. Every whip drops onto the same tool-free quick-release base once mounted.
04 What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every whip carries a non-transferable lifetime warranty for the original purchaser — covering dead LEDs, breakage under normal trail and dune use, and manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover collisions, modified products, or second-hand purchases. Full terms, exclusions and the claim process are on our warranty page.
05 How fast do you ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Orders over $400 placed by new retail customers require a delivery signature. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
