    Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

    Eligibility: To qualify for a return:

    • Item must be unused and in original condition
    • Must include original packaging
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming receipt and approval (or reason for denial).

    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@5150whips.com with your order number and issue details.


    Shipping Your Return

    • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable
    • If refunded, original shipping costs may be deducted
    • We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance (especially for items over $75)
