    We are committed to shipping your order quickly, accurately, and securely.

    Order Processing

    Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Signature Required – Orders Over $400

    To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we require Signature Confirmation on orders over $400 placed by new retail customers.

    • This policy applies to consumer (retail) orders only.
    • Dealer orders are not affected.
    • Signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of high-value shipments.

    In some cases, carriers such as FedEx may allow customers to manage delivery preferences through their delivery management tools. Please note that once a shipment is released without signature, carrier liability terms apply.

    Fraud Prevention

    We actively monitor orders for fraudulent activity. Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification prior to shipment.

    These measures help protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions and chargebacks.
