This Privacy Policy applies to 5150 Whips, a brand of Tolemar, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and covers:

• Our website 5150whips.com and all related pages (the “Site”); and
• Our mobile applications, including the 5150 Whips LED controller app published on Google Play and any other official 5150 Whips apps (the “Apps”).

This Policy does not apply to websites, apps, or services we do not own or control.

1. Information we collect

We collect information to fulfill orders, provide support, operate the Apps, and improve your experience. This may include:

• Contact & account info (web): name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Order & payment details: purchased items, order history, and limited payment information (processed securely by Shopify — we do not store full card details).
• Device & usage data (web & apps): IP, browser/device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and feature usage.
• Approximate location: general region inferred by IP or device settings for language/currency display. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Support communications: messages via email, forms, or in-app support.
• Diagnostics & logs (apps): crash logs and performance data to maintain stability.

2. How we collect information

We collect information in the following ways:

• Directly from you during checkout, support interactions, or app interactions.
• Automatically from cookies, analytics, or technical logs.

• Bluetooth & connection data: used only to discover and connect to LED controllers. This remains on your device.
• In-app settings: custom colors, effects, and saved preferences stored on your device or controller.
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.

Location Data (Android Bluetooth Requirement): The 5150 Whips app does not collect, store, or use your precise or approximate GPS location. However, certain versions of Android require “Location” permissions in order to scan for and connect to Bluetooth devices. Any technical access to location signals is used solely to enable Bluetooth communication with your LED controller and is never transmitted, stored, or used to track you.

The Apps do not access your contacts, photos, messages, microphone, or camera.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for legal, business, or warranty obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.

8. Your privacy rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site and Apps are not directed to children under 13.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
